Payments?

  • We securely accept payments using PayPal.  We maintain a secure certificate, denoted by the “https” at the beginning of our website url, which translates into the ability to pay for orders securely and safely.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payments.

Shipping?

  • Most items ship next business day USPS priority mail.  Please contact us if you need this item expedited
  • Shipping charges are calculated using USPS shipping rates, powered by WooCommerce Services

Refunds?

  • We want you to be delighted with your new purchase!  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know within seven (7) days of product arrival and we will work with you to make it right.  Please note: we work diligently to ensure we provide different views of our product images online, however, due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be what seems to be imperfections in some areas.  We believe this is one of the many splendid characteristics about owning a handmade original work of art.

Food Safe?

  • All products are finished with food-safe surfaces (fully cured and dried) ranging from walnut oil, varnish, natural wax, etc. and may be used with virtually any food.  Finishes for each piece are identified within their descriptions.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding food safety and/or product finishes.
